Defending electric grid reliability
Since early 2021, Tony Campbell, President & CEO of EKPC, has written a series of letters to the President of the United States expressing his growing alarm as reliable power plants around the U.S. have shut down or face early retirement, primarily due to government regulations that drive up operating costs. Meanwhile, America is becoming increasingly dependent on intermittent renewables like solar and wind.
